SHIPPING AND RETURNS

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS

International Shipping:

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and costs, depending on the legislation of each country. These costs shall always be borne by the purchaser. For these shipments, delivery times may be longer due to customs formalities. Time spent in customs control shall not be considered as part of the delivery time.

REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to return it. Except in cases where the return is made due to defects in the product or wrong product, shipping costs will be borne by the customer (€6.99 on the Peninsula).

Once it has been checked that the product is perfectly preserved in its original packaging, the full amount of the order will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days.

We will not accept returns of opened products or products with damaged original packaging.

WRONG PRODUCTS

If at the time of receiving your order, the product received is different from the one initially purchased, the exchange will be managed without charge to the customer.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment and we will process the exchange as quickly as possible.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event that the product is not in good condition and it is not due to causes attributable to the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing Kalopolis by email at info@kalopolis.com or via WhatsApp Kalopolis 669 236 069 and tell us your order number

This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered as a right of withdrawal.

Kalopolis will not accept cancellations or returns that have not been previously communicated and agreed.
